William Copacino

President & Chief Executive Officer
Bill has built strong management teams throughout his career. He is recognized as a leader in the areas of business process management and supply chain management.

Previously, Bill was Group Chief Executive for Global Business Consulting at Accenture, responsible for the consulting practices in the areas of Financial Performance Management and Business Intelligence, Customer Relationship Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Development and Human Resources consulting, and Business Strategy.

In his career Bill also served as the Chief Administrative Officer of C&S Wholesale Grocers, a $20 billion food distributor and the eighth largest privately held company in the U.S., as well as Vice President and Managing Director of Arthur D Little and positions at General Electric.

Bill received a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering and operations research from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School.

Chief Technology Officer
Mike defines the strategic direction for and leads the development of Oco's world-class technologies. He brings 20 years of strong technical leadership in advanced technology with a focus on strategic large-scale information-system deployments and the design, implementation, and operation of scalable software and hardware systems.

Most recently Mike was at IBM where he was an architect for core scalable processing capabilities in the IBM Information Server (formerly Ascential DataStage). He came to IBM when it acquired Ascential Software in 2005, and had come to Ascential in 2001 when it acquired his startup company, Torrent Systems, where he initially created the scalable computing technology that has delivered enduring value to customers from 1995 to today.

Mike became an advocate of the software-as-a-service approach in 1999 when he co-founded a start-up technology company, Fact City, which created an Internet-based information service to enhance the content of high-volume Internet search portals.

Mike has served as co-chair for the Data Format Description Language (DFDL) standard workgroup, and on the ANSI X3J13 standard for the Common Lisp programming language.

Mike earned his Masters in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from M.I.T, and his Bachelors' Degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario. He is a named inventor on eight patents.

Chief Administrative Officer
Alex leads Oco's Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Administrative activities.

Previously, she was the VP of HR and Administration and managed several other functional areas at Oco since joining in 2002.

Prior to Oco, Alex held Senior Human Resources and Management positions at Bose, Emerson & Cuming Composite Materials, Inc., and Slade Gorton & Co., Inc. She has worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, and wholesale perishables. Before managing human resources, she held positions in finance, inventory management, purchasing, and sales.

Alex graduated from Smith College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Anil leads sales, marketing, and channel partner relationships for Oco.

Previously, Anil was at Parametric Technology Corporation (PMTC) in a variety of management positions driving key growth initiatives. He launched PMTC's core growth product, built a marketing team focused on developing business in target verticals, repositioned a newly acquired set of products, and led the Global Product Development program focused on enabling customers who were globalizing their product development operations.

Prior to PMTC, Anil spent nearly six years at Accenture, leading teams that developed business, sales, marketing, and supply chain strategies for clients in various manufacturing and service industries. He also served as Vice President, Strategy, at Internet Capital Group, a public venture capital company.

Anil has a Masters in Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University.

Vice President, Delivery
Dev oversees the implementation of the customer delivery and support processes for Oco's solutions. He brings a wealth of best practice management and technical experience to Oco, having spent more than 20 years in the industry.

Prior to joining Oco, Dev spent more than ten years with Oracle Corporation. Most recently serving as Senior Practice Director and heading up the offshore program management office where he was responsible for securing CMMI Level 5 certification. Additionally, he held numerous leadership roles with responsibilities including practice management, business development, account management, and solutions architecture.

Before Oracle, Dev was an industry and technology consultant at leading companies including Mastech Corporation, Tata Consultancy Services, and Blue Chip Computer Consultants. Dev graduated with a degree in math with diplomas in computer science and management from Bombay University.
