From the South:
Rte. 128 (I95) North to Exit 27A Waltham / Totten Pond Road... (see below)

From Boston:
Take the Mass Pike (I90) West to Exit 15 Rte. 128 (I95). After the tolls, stay right towards Rte. 128 (I95) North NH/Maine. Merge onto road and stay to the left towards Rte. 128 (I95) North. Merge onto Rte. 128 (I95) North via exit on left toward Waltham/Gloucester. Follow Rte. 128 (I95) North to Exit 27A Waltham/Totten Pond Road. (see below)

From the West:
Take the Mass Pike (I90) East to Exit 14 Rte. 128 (I95) North NH/Maine. After the tolls stay to the left towards Rte. 128 (I95) North Merge onto Rte. 128 (I95) North via exit on left toward Waltham/Gloucester. Follow Rte. 128 (I95) North to Exit 27A Waltham / Totten Pond Road. (see below)

Then:
Take a right at the traffic light at the top of the ramp and go straight through next set of lights. Your next right is Waltham Office Center (blue sign). Oco is in the building to your right, 504 Totten Pond Road. Oco is on the third floor.
