OCO APPOINTS ANDREA K. FRANZ TO CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Accomplished Industry Executive Enhances Business Intelligence Company's Management Team

Franz to the position of chief financial officer. Effective immediately, Franz will contribute to the Company's strong management team leading all finance, accounting and investor relations efforts.

Franz joins Oco with more than 20 years of executive-level financial experience. As president and founder of Franz Associates, a consulting firm providing general management and strategic financial and systems solutions to corporate clients, Franz led all aspects of the firm. Her expertise led to the financial success of several clients in various industries, including software development, information and research services, manufacturing and biotechnology. Prior to Franz Associates, she served as the vice president and chief financial officer of Environmental Science Services, an environmental consulting company, where she played an integral role in everything from devising corporate strategy down to the implementation process.
