Oco majik’s Easy-to-Use Data Analysis and Reporting System Provides National Retailer with Access to Key Business Information

WALTHAM, Mass. — February 13, 2006 - Oco, Inc., the only software company to provide a complete, web-based business analytics solution for Essential Business Visibility, announced today that Casual Male Retail Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: CMRG) increased its profit margin by 3.5 percent over the last two years by leveraging Oco's managed solution, Oco majik. Oco's technology provides Casual Male with an easy-to-use, streamlined system for accessing critical merchandise and distribution data. Casual Male was able to reduce the number of reports generated from 150 to 23 and obtain fast and accurate access to all data. As a result, the retailer has gained valuable insight into its direct to consumer business, and improved its operating efficiency.

Casual Male's success enabled its acquisition of Rochester Clothing in 2004, and required the Company to replace its legacy business analytics system with one that could accommodate an increased volume of data.
