Leading Research Firm Conducts Research on Oco BI Solutions; Customers Report Positive Results
WALTHAM, Mass. — Sept. 25, 2007 - Oco, Inc., a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of business intelligence (BI) and data
integration solutions, announced today that AMR Research's Chief Research Officer, Bruce Richardson, has recently published an article that
highlights research he conducted on Oco and its BI solutions. The AMR Research "Alert" discusses Oco's guarantee of six-week implementations, which
is unprecedented in the industry.
Richardson spoke with three of Oco's customers, who in exchange for anonymity, agreed to be forthright about their experiences. All three customers
confirmed the six-week delivery timeframe and spoke of its effect on their organizations.
"Companies are often incredulous when they hear we can implement on-demand BI solutions in six weeks, since it flies in the face of standard
industry approaches that can take several months or years to implement," said William Copacino, president and CEO, Oco, Inc. "We're thrilled that
such a well-respected leader in the market research and advisory arena as AMR Research has tested and validated our value proposition."
Richardson's Alert mentions that an Oco customer had a two-month window for Oco's software to be installed and operational, and that Oco
accomplished it in four weeks. Further, "the customer said that Oco provided a four-to-one improvement on total cost of ownership," commented
Richardson.
