Oco Appoints Veteran Marketing Team
Adds experienced business executives to drive first-to-market platform for on-demand business intelligence
WALTHAM, Mass. — February 22, 2007 - On the heels of closing $14.5 million in funding and the appointment of a new President and CEO, Oco,
Inc., a leading provider of business intelligence (BI) software delivered through a Software as a Service model, today announced that it has
expanded the management team with the addition of Anil R. Chitkara as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Channel Development and Nora F. Gildea
as Senior Director of Marketing. Oco expects to double employees by the end of 2007.

Anil Chitkara leads business strategy development, marketing, vertical market initiatives, and channel partner relationships for Oco. He comes to
Oco from Parametric Technology Corporation (Nasdaq:PMTC) where, most recently, he held the position of Vice President, Global Product Development.
At PTC, he launched the company's core growth product, built a marketing team focused on driving business in target verticals, and led teams that
positioned PTC's products and services to address customers' critical business needs. "For the past 15 years, I have been working with

her new role, she assumes responsibility for distinguishing Oco's unique approach to bringing business intelligence to any user through marketing
communications initiatives spanning brand strategy, media outreach, direct marketing, and customer relations. For the past decade, Gildea was the
Founder and President of Gildea Communications, a marketing consulting firm focused on the growth and success of early stage technology companies.
