Oco Deepens Go-to-Market Team; Boosts Industry Expertise with New Appointments
Adds Vice President of Business Development; Technical Pre-Sales Leader
WALTHAM, Mass. - Jan. 28, 2008 - Oco, Inc., a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of business intelligence (BI) and data integration
solutions, continues to expand its industry expertise with the appointment of two seasoned professionals - Joe Schramm as vice president of business
development and Jacques Hebert as technical presales lead. Schramm will be responsible for driving customer and revenue growth through channel
partnerships, while Hebert will serve as a technical liaison between the sales team and current and prospective customers. Together they bring more
than 40 years of industry experience to Oco.

Prior to joining Oco, Schramm was the director of business development at Nexaweb Technologies where he led the development of an indirect channel
of more than 15 partners across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Before Nexaweb, he was the director of global alliance sales with Business
Objects, where he managed a team of 18 partner development managers in North America and helped increase incremental revenue in a two-year timeframe
by 58 percent. Previously, he held multiple positions at SAP, Precise Software Solutions, and ICG Commerce, a procurement services firm. Schramm has
a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration from Bryant University in Rhode Island.
Hebert has deep management and technical experience in business intelligence and analytic applications. Prior to joining Oco, he was senior
consultant at QlikTech, Inc., responsible for presales activities in the Northeast U.S. and Eastern Canada. He was also employed at Cognos
Corporation for 15 years, where he managed the North American Solution Architect team that provided pre-sales, services, and technical support for
Cognos’ strategic partners. Previous positions include lecturer at Northeastern University’s Graduate School of Engineering; software
developer at Progress Software; and research associate at Index Technology. Hebert has a bachelor’s degree from College of the Holy Cross and
an MSIS Information Systems degree from the Graduate School of Engineering at Northeastern University.
